A River City Smoker is characterized by craftsmanship and performance.
Dedicated craftsmen laser cut, CNC bend, weld, finish and assemble each product with the highest quality standards. Each outdoor smoker is built-to-order, and we deliver direct from our shop in Michigan to the finest restaurants, homes and butcher shops all over the Midwest.
This service will require you to call so that arrangements can be agreed upon in advance. If you prefer we can also arrange for you to personally pick up your smoker at our location.
Check out the detail on one of our smokers. If you look inside a River City Smoker , you will see that we use steel slides on our drawers and shelves for durability and years of trouble free service. We also weld the Smoker bodies by hand to insure durability and service. Plus, all welded corners and seams are rounded and polished before coating with high temp powder coating so that we get a good seal on the paint.
We use stainless steel fasteners whenever we can to keep the smoker from having issues with them rusting.
